These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChatLoop, the WhatsApp Business messaging platform operated by Lagran Software Solutions Pvt Ltd ("ChatLoop", "we", "us", or "our") (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

1. The Service

ChatLoop lets you connect a WhatsApp Business Account (via Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API) to send message campaigns, manage message templates, run a shared inbox, build chatbot flows (including AI-assisted replies), and view analytics. The Service depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to Meta's own policies, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, template rejections, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and organisation.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited, spam, or messages to recipients who have not consented to be contacted, or otherwise violate WhatsApp's messaging policies or opt-out requirements.
  • Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or harassing content.
  • Upload contact lists you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or the WhatsApp Cloud API integration.
  • Use the Service in a way that could cause your WhatsApp Business Account to be restricted, banned, or have its quality rating lowered due to policy violations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, at our discretion.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the contact data, message content, and templates you upload or send through the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and any required consent to message the contacts you upload, and for complying with applicable data protection and telemarketing/messaging laws in your jurisdiction. 5. Fees and billing

Use of the Service may be subject to subscription fees based on your selected plan, in addition to any charges billed directly by Meta for message delivery. Fees, if applicable, are described at checkout or in your order form and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and, for AI-assisted chatbot features, third-party AI providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED, THAT TEMPLATES WILL BE APPROVED BY META, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability
